Description
Large villa with private swimming pool located close to Cortona and many of Tuscany’s most famous attractions such as Arezzo, Siena, Pienza and Montepulciano.
The property is composed of 2 apartments that are internally linked and are rented together, easily welcoming a group of up to 13 guests – the ideal rental for a family reunion or for a group of friends on holiday.
Outside, guests can enjoy a beautiful garden with a private swimming pool, fenced and reserved for the exclusive use of guests; there is also a barbecue and a large gazebo furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Between the gazebo and the swimming pool there is a bathroom with a shower.
The owners (kind and friendly people) live in a house a few dozen meters from the villa and they are available if needed or for suggestions on what to see and do in the area or where to go to experience the best of Tuscan cuisine.
Available to guests: large garden with gazebo and furnished area with barbecue private and fenced swimming pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1.7 m); shower (with hot and cold water) next to the pool, outdoor bathroom with shower close to the swimming pool. The villa has Wi-Fi internet connection, 2 children’s cots, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living area. There is a laundry room with washing machine and drier and parking provided at the property.
Distances: Farneta (food shops and famous abbey) - 2 km, Camucia (shops of every kind) - 9 km, Cortona - 12 km, Montepulciano - 26 km, Pienza - 32 km, Montalcino (home to the famous wine "Brunello di Montalcino") - 50 km, Perugia - 55 km, Assisi - 75 km, Florence - 105 km.

A beautiful house with an even more beautiful garden surrounding it. The owners pay attention to every detail. The house is clean and perfect for 2-3 families or friends. It is very spacious. The kitchen is excellently equipped. We lacked nothing. Weekly linen and towel changes. The laundry facilities are ideal. The pool is clean and well-maintained, cleaned daily. I am delighted! The view from the pool is paradise on earth. Sun loungers, pool towels - everything is provided. The owner is very kind and helpful in every matter. The barbecue area is perfect. It's an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Excellent WiFi coverage. Highly recommend!

We had a great 3 weeks staying at Villa Farnia to celebrate my 40th Birthday. The Villa was beautiful and in a stunning location. Anita was a great host, super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Villa ben tenuta e molto pulita. Cucine super attrezzate. Panorama bellissimo. Se volte usare i camini avvertite prima e comunque non utilizzabili per cucinare.

We had a wonderful vacation!
Eleven of us stayed at the villa, two families with kids from 10 months to 15 years old. There was plenty of space for everybody. The villa is amazing, very clean and in perfect conditions. The grounds are great with the pool and the barbecue area. Overall a fantastic place to spend time with the family and visit Tuscany.

Casa molto bella, adatta a gruppi numerosi: consente di condividere momenti insieme (cucina molto grande, divani e tavolo enorme) mantenendo comunque la propria privacy, ogni due stanze vi è un bagno dedicato! Host molto ospitale e sempre disponibile abitando a pochi metri di distanza. Giardino enorme e ben tenuto in cui è possibile grigliare con un tavolo molto ampio disponibile lì accanto sotto una veranda. A 10 minuti da Cortona, consiglio vivamente!
